In an era where restrictions are imposed both offline and on social media, and where voices face bans and censorship, I was driven to create this site in 2005 as a truly free space where I could express myself without constraint. My experiences showed me that restricting expression does not prevent thought; rather, it leads to intellectual repression and psychological barriers that may push individuals into complete isolation or membership in secret groups seeking belonging and self-expression.
