If the majority desires peace, why does it remain out of reach?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"314\" data-end=\"687\">The answer lies in <strong data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"366\">the passivity of the majority<\/strong>, who remain silent while a <strong data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"451\">violent minority actively spreads chaos and extremism<\/strong>. <strong data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"482\">Silence is not neutrality<\/strong>\u2014it is <strong data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"515\">indirect participation<\/strong> in the continuation of violence.
